As with any non profit organisation donations are what keep us going, and its not always money!

The museum operates with the assistance of many things, with the cost of insurance these days money is always our largest concern , it costs and awful lot just to keep the doors open.

We receive some financial support from the Queensland Fire & Rescue Service but we strongly  rely on the generosity of others to undertake major projects..

Of course we are happy to take your money BUT we will also accept donations of historical items important to not just Queensland but Australian fire service history, it may be some thing small or large , it may have no meaning to you but may be the most important artefact and possibly the only one of its kind that remains!

So please before disposing of some thing that is related to fire services keep us in mind.
